Kailua Park is an approximately 117 acres park in North Kona, Hawaii, just north of Kailua Town. The master plan was developed for the County of Hawaii Department of Parks and Recreation over six month planning process. The Master Plan provides recommendations for various park improvements to be implemented over a 20+ year period.
