About Chris

 

Christopher K Parker is a Registered Architect in Hawaii where he brings 15 years of experience in civic, residential, commercial, and multifamily projects. Chris received his Doctor of Architecture from the University of Hawaii creating a framework in designing successful Shared Space or ‘Woonerf’ street design.

Chris previously served as chair of the US Green Building Council Hawaii Chapter’s Green Schools Committee where he helped launch numerous green classroom programs in local K-12 schools and has also served as the Communications Director for the AIA Southern New York Chapter.  Chris currently works at Board & Vellum in Seattle, WA, and is Board President of Shunpike, a Seattle-based arts organization.
