Ho'opili Urban Design Plan

Concept, Studio Project

The group studio design project focused on the defining an urban design concept for a new master planned community in Ewa, Oahu.  The studio was designed in three parts: discover/case study, urban plan, and a design concept for an area within the plan.  Our concept creates a pedestrian mall, inspired by the Pearl Street Mall in Boulder surrounded by a bus transit system for the the new urban epicenter.  Work included design guidelines with street sections and renderings.
