409 College Avenue is a renovation of the 2nd, 3rd floor and ground floor lobby of an existing 4-story building in Collegetown Ithaca. The program includes a creation of a vibrant new office for Student Agencies, Inc., their affiliated not-for-profit, and their student-run companies and eHub, a business incubator geared to Cornell students. Scope of work included production and project management from concept through completion.
